also it always thought that Cloud asking for "something hard" in Tifa's bar at the beginning was kinda funny because it came off like "YEAH I'm a REAL MAN I want a STIFF DRINK but uh... I actually... have no idea what that means so uh... uh..." and Tifa knew, and still handed him something milder so he wouldn't be embarrassed when he choked on it because he's not used to strong alcohol.

like I mean, Cloud was never ACTUALLY in SOLDIER, he was just a shinra grunt, so I bet he never got many priviledges, unless Zack snuck him some of his food packs (cause honestly, Zack is totes a good boy), so I just got this image that there's so many foods and things he's never had a chance to try and he just, fuckin lights up when he finds a new thing he likes.
