Games you should look at for ideas on how to do unvoiced dialogue: Animal Crossing, Chibi-Robo, Zelda Wind Waker, Golden Sun

Also, game devs? If you have dialogue in your game but can't afford or don't want to do voice acting, at least make the dialogue make Some Noise.

Be it a little repeated blip as text appears or sound effects to convey tone for the line or actually just some generic recorded vocalisations (think Wind Waker). It adds SO MUCH and makes especially long bits of dialogue so much nicer to read than just a silent text dump.
