Subject: Purism_[order number] order cancellation request
Body:
"I am emailing to cancel my order and request a refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations which state I have until up to 14 days after I receive the item to cancel. I no longer want this product, so I'd like to cancel this purchase prior to it being shipped.
The order in question is Purism_[order number]"

I got my refund through today. Their support is a bit slow and it's difficult to find out how to contact them to do this at all, so here's a guide for anyone else in the same boat:
