well, that's my second social death this year
please share my stuff, everything i posted on twitter is gone now
and if you've ever wished for a return to forums, i've hosted lesbiaboard since 2018
it is first and foremost a queer safe space, but anyone who's ok with that is free to join and come talk to us about video games, tech or just cute things and food
today i released version 3.5 of webgbcam, my web app that simulates a game boy camera!
current features:
- settable gamma/contrast
- settable palette from curated selection
- settings are kept for the next session (new!)
- record 5-second gif
- 3-second timer to frame your shot
- swap between front and back cameras on mobile
- tweak camera settings after taking a shot
- hide the UI & use it as a window capture for streams!

@ry AAAH NO I WAS 15 MINUTES LATE AGAIN
But thank you!
I reloaded my timeline so much waiting for the @ivory alpha invite at 8pm CST that I got put in rate-limit jail and missed the post with the link until 12 minutes past the hour, long after the beta filled up again.
@mavica_again CR2032s are the only battery I think of as being “comforting”
re: Cancer mention, medical, family
@DobesCrusher oh Dobes I'm so sorry. Much love to you and your mom.
@mavica_again @hergaiety I'm "Look mom! I'm a Rug"
@mavica_again there is, however, a raging headache in that toot
craft the space you want and others will come, stop trying to craft others into your space
the incessant us v. them and rule-spitting at newcomers like they need to be quarantined in a conversion camp before they can post with you is extremely unbecoming
carry on with your life and forget the meta for one minute, i beg
"They Say Don't Get Clocked" is a nasty, sweaty short about a woman in a bad situation that gets worse by the second. She solves the problem in a way that I think about often. As a trans woman who often feels scrutinized by a cruel world, it was cathartic fun to write. It’s part of the Trans Terror Trilogy (https://itch.io/b/1367/the-trans-terror-trilogy-2022) but can also be purchased on its own (https://argylewerewolf.itch.io/dont-get-clocked)
"The Librarian" is a story I wrote about a woman who tries to domesticate herself after spending her teen years as a feral werewolf in the Canadian wilderness. It's my first horror story, written over a decade ago, and I'm still proud of it! Contains graphic violence and implied danger involving children (no kids are harmed).
Ultrarunner, trans woman, autistic, lycanthrope.
