I remembered to make myself breakfast today.
I recently had an epiphany where I realized that bc I was responsible for meals as a kid, if my roommate eats breakfast and I don't my brain assumes I don't *need* to eat bc everyone else has.
So making breakfast on my own is really hard and maybe I need to do joint breakfasts for school again.

So all this is just getting wrapped up in a bunch of fatigue and imposter syndrome.
