twitter forgets that the reason news was posted to it is because it was somewhere where people were talking about their real life and if you do that well then news is intertwined
instead of allowing people to talk about their lives so that the stuff flowed, they're now letting journalists barge in with a boom-mic and cameras to anything normal people say and wondering why they're losing people

(well, secondarily to their whole "we're a real news site!!!" shtick)

most of the time, a character will appear in a paragraph or two multiple times, and then not appear for a while
it seems to remember if a character is in a scene, and then stop putting them in if it forgets
