@denvit honestly they're not a user they're an idle account that does nothing

If you have an account named xvilo and an account named realDonaldTrump on your instance, they're a person going around and registering those usernames on every single instance they can find.
I would suggest deleting their account if you're an admin or just reporting them if you're a user as they're not going to use the instance, they're just going to camp their name.
