does anyone have those medium posts with the good mastodon introductions n stuff
basically usernames are like signing up for different email services except there arent monolithic email services
by the way: if you dont have the username you want, you can register on another instance, usernames are per-instance only
(but yeah apparently twitter's locking people for profanity which is dumb)
[stuffy pr rep voice] here at mastodon you can say "fuck" as much as you want,
did twitter break something again or did people come just because they realized mastodon was a thing and were like "oh nice, now i dont have to deal with twitters slow march into the Void"
