@moshboy first phone call i ever made was to Nintendo's hint line
the floor tile puzzle in the fourth dungeon of Link's Awakening had me stumped
later i was able to get maps for Zelda 1 out of the hint line by asking for the dungeon dimensions, drawing a Battleship-style grid, and then asking which squares to fill in
they were surprisingly accommodating on that front in retrospect

Fun arrival in the mail today: a new CD-i disc. And by “new” I mean actually developed and released last year! It’s still in the shrink wrap and everything. Even included a download code for itch.io, which is a little surreal.
