We dont know if we are hearing messages being recieved that dont exist thanks to auditory hallucinations, or that we are just cold and its really confusing our brain.
@Alyx The good news is that this time it was a real notification lol
But its all goods. Once we get sleeps it should be okies. When we do an allnighter our auditory hallucinations are louder and visual hallucinations are slightly there too.
