I was hoping for some fibromyalgia-related advice. The big 3 meds (gabapentin, Lyrica, and Cymbalta) don't work for various reasons. NSAIDS do nothing, except for Celebrex, but it interferes with my GERD and gives me dark and vivid dreams. My GP/PCP wanted me to talk with my pain management physician about opioids, but I see that longer-term use can, among other things, affect sleep, which is already a major issue for me.
Edit: Also, I tried LDN, and that went very badly.
Any other suggestions I could bring up? Much appreciated! 🤗

Unfortunately the only thing that helps for me at all is large doses of naproxen, which is an nsaid, and not completely effective either. I also have to take omeprazol for gerd and to prevent the naproxen from damaging my stomach. Hope you find something that works
@Atatra Good to hear naproxen works well for you! I also take omeprazole, and it works well when taken at night for me.
