@amieravenson the catch is that it’s difficult to find a place to live. So, start shopping. I ended buying a little seasonal house on Lake Champlain and got it year round upgraded. I saved a lot doing that.

We're looking at around Rutland right now. But a bunch of stuff has to happen before we can get to the *actually looking* stage. I only just yesterday talked to my boss about moving me to a fully remote position.
