ok, so this is a border between imperial and gridanian territory. they set this up a short walk away from multiple settlements and both sides know the full situation. yet there's not a single guard or soldier of either side guarding anything here. they just set up this wall here and then everyone was like "k, nothing else to do here". i feel like the imperial conflict is just so badly set up that it's hard to be invested in it 🤷‍♀️
