Oh! So, on the birbsite, if you had a locked account and wanted a follower to stop following you, you'd block then unblock that person.

...or rather, it does with Tusky. I haven't tested via the website.
Interesting side-effect, that person's toots disappear from your interactions/notifications page. Even after unblocking and letting them refollow.
