ive been wondering about ways to make the textures in my game kinda off to give the impression of a dream, i'd been going with roughly painted textures but now im kinda considering using realistic textures but fucking them up a bit with content aware scale

originally i was gonna use affine texture mapping to make textures feel off but it actually looked TOO awful
