Woooooooof. Seeing a place today that's well within our budget but I hope it's nice! It's above a restaurant, so that may come with challenges.

We're really getting down to the wire, and I'm getting pretty stressed about it. We need a new place by Aug 14, and I'm kinda freaking out.
