Siph suggested to me that Helly R isn't her innie on the Severed Floor, but her outie posing as her innie. Ever since xe said that, I just can't unsee it:

- Through this theory, she didn't lie about her experience in the outside world because she doesn't want the others knowing she's an Eagan, it's because she's trying to blend in more. The real innie would have just said and would have reveled in hurting her outie IMO.
- She was the most eager for everyone to spill the beans about their outside world experiences.
- Why would Helena Eagan ever want her innie out again?
- She's the best thing Lumon has to more intimately watch over people.
- She's constantly acting weird, she has no intimacy, no chemistry and none of the confidence she had in Season 1.
