@Alexis i'd generally advise against microwaving (but then, i'm not fond of microwave), but it should almost certainly keep decently well for a couple days if you're refrigerating it

@autistikai How would you reheat it, then? Just throw it back in the oven for a bit?

@Alexis i mean given the choice i'll typically eat something cold over microwaving and rarely have the spoons for more than that. but yeah, that should work—as with all oven heating, ofc, careful not to dry things out too much
