hey, plural (or knowledgeable) friends!
we've got a freshly-hatched system we're trying to give support & advice to, and most of what was offered to us isn't available anymore
if y'all have any good plurality resources, could ya send 'em our way? thanks in advance
help from a system, disclaimer: endogenic/traumagenic divide
@autistikai Hello, someone boosted this right into the heart of the Plural Cafe so you'll probably have some info already.
I can give you quite a lot of info material, although I need to warn you that we started out in a traumagenic-centered community and therefore, most of our knowledge is related to trauma-based multiplicity.
Most of the resources are a bit iffy about the other end of the spectrum (if it's about tulpamancy, it will talk weirdly about traumagenics and vice versa, although the medicalists are especially bad I feel like)
If you have any questions or anything where others haven't given you enough info yet, feel free to spam my notifications!

@autistikai if you look at plural.cafe's about/more page it actually has a fair few links there in one section, so that's a good place to go to.
my favourite resource not listed there is traumadissociation.com, but that's very much about traumagenic systems only so it's limited in scope, plural.cafe/about/more will have more general resources
what kind of resources? we've got a book called "amongst ourselves" written my a therapist who's a system, but it focuses mostly on littles.
i can definitely dig around for other things, though. :3
plural resources, a bit on the endogenic/traumagenic divide //
@autistikai
https://www.pluralpride.com/playbook is good. from the perspective of working at google, so, may not be super directly relevant to all life situations. still contains useful info
http://healthymultiplicity.com/ has a lot of links and gets brought up a lot. I haven't personally checked most of them, but the ones I did seemed alright
https://tulpa.io/other-resources has further links in various categories, unfortunately a number have rotted away. a general note of caution about the tulpamancy sphere is that they sometimes take a "host-centric", where one resident is designated the host/original/real person, and the other(s) are exoticized/fetishized to an extent. forums also tend to be largely people who are or were singlets up until very recently, and can contain a lot of neurotypical / ableist BS, and often aren't great on traumagenic or dysfunctional multiplicity. (to be fair, some trauma focused ppl aren't great about plurality that *doesn't* stem from traumatic abuse for some reason. inclusivity is hard.)
