fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

i mean no because witches.town is french but like, what misinterpretation would even lead to this conclusion

fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

@boots This seems kind of bullshit, and ffs, if you're an admin, you're responsible for the content on your instance period.

fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

@sanspoint if you apparently ""legally"" cannot stop people from doing whatever, including harassment, perhaps you should not be hosting an instance 🤔

fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

@boots i've heard this said more than once and also heard it claimed that it's not true...

fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

@boots I don't know French law, but that sounds unlikely and probably an incorrect interpretation of the law.

Like, really, delete hateful images and suddenly you're a publisher (I guess because you're now curating content?), but let the hate flow and your a dark lord of the sith who is protected under the law?

fedidrama but something not rude and actually interesting

@ink_slinger honestly, french law is weird from what i hear

@boots True. Quebec law is totally different from the rest of Canada, because it's based on French law. Same with Louisiana in the US, from what I hear.
