mastodon is like one of the good episodes of black mirror (sidebar: i have never watched black mirror) because lots of tech anxiety is about people isolating from one another with tech but mastodon has already brought me together with so so so many awesome people in such a short time that i would never have met otherwise

@boots by good i meant, like, the ones that have a positive outcome or message, cos iirc there are a couple that are like that
