@boots @davidsgallant No idea. There's snapshots on archive.org, but the one from July 5 looks normal, whereas July 7 has Twitter saying "page doesn't exist": https://web.archive.org/web/20170707111610/https://twitter.com/Support
Maybe they got too many generic support queries for anything everywhere on that account.
