maaaay have broken up with my dentist because the receptionist said i had to pay double the cancellation fee for the second missed appointment
but now i feel guilty because maybe the receptionist just was rude and didn't actually read my email or see that i had just paid the previous fee? but then i still think it makes sense to break up? so like all breakups i want the satisfaction of being right and having closure

but regardless it is fucked for a social justice dental clinic marketing itself as different to not list their fees & say that's the norm when pushed as an excuse?
