yesterday a big dude walked up to me while I was squatting to give me form tips
he was like "can I show you something?"
"no thanks man I'm all set"
and he goes on to kinda ask why I'm squatting low bar because he's never heard of it before, and I'm like honestly dude I've been lifting for years squats are my worst lift this is a compromise I'm making to myself so I can progress while working on mobility separately
