I really want a Macbook Pro but without having to support Apple. The product itself is so nice and OS X is questionably good, and at least looks pretty good.
But Apple is trash right now and I don't know how to get what I want without sacrificing my ehtical beliefs.
Either way, I do not own the moneies.
@Shadow8t4 how would you feel about elementaryOS on a System76 machine?
@nyanuri The thing about Elementary OS is having to deal with an Ubuntu-based OS. I don't particularly like that concept. Additionally, I partially want an OS X system so I can make use of OS X exclusive software.

@nyanuri hackintosh requires a lot of time and effort on my part to find compatible parts, and additionally I do not want things to break because Apple somehow does something to make my OS no longer work. Also: not portable usually.
