I wanna get a fitness tracker/watch to use to track VR workouts (Beat Saber has a plugin for it but having multiple sources for more accuracy would be nice) as well as just general health/fitness stuff, etc. Would probably motivate me more to get off my lazy butt.

Anyone have any recommendations that aren't incredibly pricey? Seen a bunch of them but it's hard to tell what's worth it or not.

Wrist based heart monitors don't really work well if you're moving your arms a lot. They're better for stuff like running and cycling. Beat sabre in particular would be bad. Get a chest strap instead.

@pan Ah, good to know, I'll look into those as well! I think the fitbit inspire HR will be good for general health monitoring and such and I'll still nab that, but having more ways to track is never a bad thing!

@bat
I've got a Fitbit Alta HR and it does work quite well for that. :3 It's been interesting to track my sleep quality and resting heartrate

@pan Ah, neato! I'm certainly interested to see how it works and I am curious how badly my sleep is :p
