english really doesn't have rules about word order

put them in whatever order, you totally can

i promise yr proposed adjective order rule doesn't actually hold up all the time, and even insofar as it does it only holds up as "oh, it's a little weird to say it another way" (and like, those cases prob only happen because the nuances of emphasis and tone that varying order can provide aren't useful for that particular phrase)

(i think in some cases it's also associated with some some like, american ashkenazim? but i'm not super sure about that and even less sure about whether it's an actual thing rather than just a thing that gets depicted in pop culture?)
