@kitsch since i'm on antidepressants i have lucid dreams all the time, with different degrees of lucidity.. sometimes i watch my dream like a movie, occasionally interfering when things don't go like i want them to

it's hard to describe. like in that speicfic dream i conjured up a roller coaster and the most incredible music ever and used it to stim with the acceleration and the sounds an i made colourful flashy light things and beautiful blinking stuff to look at, descriptions don't do it justice
