Now that I think about it: Where am I gonna find the time to learn Lojban? I can't crack that one for the life of me. Also, Toaq is so gorgeous! but then again, same problem I have with Lojban.

@teaduckie though I’m curious what problems you have with Lojban; they may not be the same as mine.

@kechpaja Like, when I tried learning Toaq I couldn't understand what a Lambda quantifier was.

@teaduckie that sounds more like a problem with the documentation than with the language itself.

@kechpaja Probs or a problem with me honestly. Both Toaq and Lojban are very cool. May I make an educated guess and say that you speak Lojban yourself?

@teaduckie I can’t say that I speak it, because I only remember a small number of words. But I’m fairly familiar with the syntax, at least at a general level.

@teaduckie I find it way to clunky to be able to imagine myself actually using it. You can delete syntactic ambiguity without needing speakable parentheses, but Lojban seems to use those to a much greater extent than I would.

I also find that, while they’ve put a lot of effort into making the syntax unambiguous, the meanings of compound words are just as hard to predict as in English. Although perhaps I just haven’t gone far enough.
