I realise I need to move out as soon as I can, because if I stay here I'm going to end up dead sooner rather than latter, but it would also mean I'll have say goodbye to Lacie, and Charlotte, I love them the most of anything in the world and that realisation is horrible. There would be no way for me to see them again because I will need to drop all contact with family.

@codeawayhaley Oh dear, is the situation that ghastly? :( then think about your safety and try to move out as soon as you can. Maybe you will be able to bring the kitties with you once you are in a safer place.

@teaduckie The issue isn't running away, I am 23 I don't have to live here, except I don't have a good financial situation, I am a fulltime student with executive dysfunction which I struggle with splitting my focus between a paying job, and uni, at the same time welfare here is garbage and wouldn't help in my situation, I'm stuck here because we live in a capitalist society that doesn't value people.
