I was right about it being light on Zelda, but they didn't drop the "tune in for a dedicated Zelda Direct in April" I expected.

Absolutely 100% wrong about drowning us in Mario Movie and Theme Park stuff, thankfully.
Didn't even mention either of those once!

I was dead-on about Nintendo not having anything we didn't already know about to show us; Metroid Prime Remastered is technically a new announcement, but it's the worst kept secret ever and a rerelease of a legacy title anyway.

There was also quite a bit of DLC on show, naturally - though my prediction there was more about Nintendo relying on DLC all throughout this year.
While I can't claim that to be proven right at this stage, it certainly appears to be skewing in that direction.

What I didn't expect was such a strong showing from outside studios!
Level 5 is back with a vengeance! Baten Kaitos! Ghost Trick! Etrian! There's a heck of a lot of good stuff on the way!

@DanaTheElf the Layton teaser was a kick! i've only played the first two games and the Ace Attorney crossover but it's nice to see the franchise back after spending years fallow
