The final encounter with Heavily Armed Pokey ends anticlimactically as agents from the Bureau of Internal Revenue arrest him for tax evasion (for the riches he accumulated working under Geldegarde Monotoli). Giygas himself eludes arrest, but only because nobody can comprehend of his true form enough to slap the cuffs on him.
