I hate pod coffee machines so much. If you're too lazy to make coffee in a way that doesn't produce plastic waste with every single cup then you shouldn't be having coffee at all.
If anyone tries to convince me that pods are "🤓👆acshually important accessibility tools because they're easier than normal coffee brewing methods" I'm gonna go crazy
@njion me, chronically ill, taking 40% of my daily energy to make aeropress coffee every morning rather than bother with pods
@Atatra @njion I think Nijon is saying there are other effortless ways to make coffee at home. Instant coffee exists, is comparable quality, and cheaper per cup. Plus no plastic landfill waste.
Other automatic machines exist that take comparable effort (scoop beans/grounds in the top and push go) that are similarly priced to the higher end pod machines.
Please don’t assign malice to this person’s post where there is none.
