Very good point regarding the fact that it helps to slow eating down - I'd never thought about it, but it definitely has that effect on me as well!

As for horseradish and wasabi… I don't dislike their style of heat (it's nice that you can basically wash it down instantly with water) but I only use them once in a great long while tbh
