It's funny seeing people extol the virtues of decentralisation and stuff because like, that's what the internet used to be?

You've seen Hackers, right? The 1995 movie? At the time, most of the internet was dialup BBS sites. But then, the world wide web happened, and big centralised providers like CompuServe and AOL started taking control.

Discussing the perils of centralised internet services? Basically, y'all are talking about the original spirit of the internet, and I kinda love it.

supermodel3 is such an annoying emulator but at least you can imitate the arcade controls with the right setup

@BatElite probably, but crt filters don't seem hard to do (sort of) right and the smooth filters look horrible compared to regular pixel scaling

@BatElite it's different than a crt filter, i mean the filters that look like someone smeared vaseline on their tv
