neopronoun question :boost_ok:

We've seen a lot of different neopronouns, and one of the things we've struggled with is connecting them to meaning(we have trouble remembering things we don't have a clear meaning for).
We have two questions: what are your neopronouns? And what led to you adopting those?

Don't feel like you need to justify your choices, we don't want to make it feel like you're defending yourself, so just saying "I liked how how it sounds" is a perfectly good, valid answer.

Using fedi is much easier once you realise you need to basically type any random thought that gets stuck in your head and see what happens with it

broke: angry lesbian

i might switch to xubuntu as my daily driver if i can keep it looking like this (despite the wonky gtk3 elements)

developers having powerful development hardware is actively harmful to usable software existing

there is literally an order of magnitude of power difference between the machines many developers use to create their software and the machines that their users will have - and that's assuming the users have brand new (but average) hardware

today's developers write software pretending that there will always be infinite resources, because the computers we have *let* them do that without consequences

ugh the inability to grow horns is really cramping my style

if we're not supposed to eat semiconductors, why are they called chips and wafers?

I'm glad we're finally talking about how gross it is that there are so many visual novel developers who are only in it to mock the genre for its feminine leanings. Nothing pisses me off more than men putting shock horror/violence into feminine media in order to "f i x" it.

Picrew avatars are good and nice and a fantastic option for people that want something custom made to express themselves but can't/don't want to commission art for whatever reason

And you shouldn't be mean to people who use them

relatedly if anyone would like to help a trans girl (me) in NYC get a job in tech hmu

my primary coding language is modern JavaScript and Node, but my Python isn't too bad either

Anyone else feel like SEO saturation -- and especially saturation by products, product shills, and content farms -- has made web searches way less useful than they were 5-10 years ago?
