@ni_c_k_ole how long have you been on hrt? Mine used to be worse, but it's starting to come back, after a year of spironolactone and estradiol.

I was definitely concerned about it for a good few months, though. It was a very major source of dysphoria for many months

Pictured below is my hairline at 6 days, vs 1yr, 1month & 4 days.

Not really visible are the fine, vellous hairs on my head starting to lengthen again. I'm on track for about 50% recovery or more.
