Is there a #config flag for #Mastodon whether followers are visible to accounts on other instances?

Like: I can see the followers of a mutual on, say, mastodon.social, but not dice.camp, for example.

Yay, I now have #pleroma running on a PYNQ-Z1 FPGA board. It has a 650MHz dual-core Arm Cortex-A9 with 512MB RAM. That is not enough memory to run #mastodon though.
