I keep thinking about some of my experience with MMO raiding and just... can you imagine taking a group of your friends and saying "Be on time and don't make mistakes or we're not letting you have any of the loot"?

Course I guess the counterargument is "The people in a raiding guild aren't friends. It's more a business" and yeah, miss vee with that one, by a mile, kthx.
