Absolutely recommend taking a look into Unsighted and it's dev studio and seeing if that's the kind of thing y'all'd like.

The time limit mechanic isn't everyone's cup of tea but you can turn it off. The game itself is small-team indie, queer as hell, and well done.

Soft CW on it for soul/life-essence shenanigans and corruption. I know some folks don't dig that as plot element stuff.
