I wish follower requests would stay for a little longer rather than getting dismissed instantly after accepting them (getting dismissed after declining is fine).

It'd make it easier to follow people back.

Considering swapping to a 5400RPM drive in my desktop, to make it a little bit quieter.

Performance shouldn't really be an issue, as I'll have SSD caching in the form of bcache.

Hm...

Upgrading to Debian 9 today, now it's officially been released.

Sweet. Here's hoping it doesn't break anything! :P

Relationship moaning

Fecking relationships, man. Idk why I even bother with them.

Would much rather just have a select few people I can hang around with and stuff.

Relationship moaning

TFW your partner pretty much constantly complains about how shit you are, but when try and break up they're all like "but I need youuuu"

No fucking escape.

Probably going to block him after this conversation. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ok so this guy who I've barely spoken to before, and even then, was a good few months ago has just messaged me to brag about his new house.

Maybe even run a raspberry pi from it. The USB ports on the rear I/O still get power while the system is off, so maybe this one will too?

A little thingy arrived.

It should let me mount a USB drive internally so I can then use openmediavault on it. :D computerfairi.es/media/g38pkIt

I want a cheap #Linux server/vm that I can pay for hourly, only while it's running. Does DigitalOcean do that? Any others you recommend?

Ok, I made last.fm and libre.fm accounts.

I probably won't be terribly active on there, but will scrobble where possible so you can see what kind of stuff I listen to.

Maybe while I'm away, I'll find oolong tea.

...I can dream. 🍵

Just bought Dying Light. Woo!

Going away for two weeks on Monday too, so will only be able to make a start on it. D:

Pretty much never used the DVD drive I put in my desktop, so I put it in the home server instead.

May see if I can somehow set it up so that if someone puts in a music CD, it'd automatically rip it to a folder of imported music on the HDD.

...should be interesting!
