I added climbing and a simple placeholder animation for it. I feel like I need to incorporate more tail movement into the animations in general.

Starting to add some polish with animations and effects and such. Gonna try and implement some particle effects next.

negative, lonely

Starting to get really worried that if communities that fit me well exist, they're likely super dead. I recently joined a Sabrina Online Discord server and it's dead. Most things I'm passionate about just do not have communities of any sort, and I don't know how to to find other people who like them.

I guess there's probably communities for Nintendo things I like but that's probably pushing into something of a scale way too large to make meaningful relations to others in.

I tried to draw my friend mousebyte, who hasn't gotten around to making a new Mastodon account yet. She doesn't have a reference sheet or anything so I had to just use artistic freedom and details she gave me. Don't feel very confident with digitigrade legs but she liked it at least!

I still have a bit left to implement, but I'm very close to being able to just make stuff in my level editor and directly get it into my game. This means I can start actually designing some levels and get to playtest them as well!

Here's a commission of Maffi! I'm starting to just have artists draw her and apply artistic freedom and see what they come up with.

I wonder what domesticated animals must think of artificial light, specifically how it can turn on or off much faster than the sun.

I guess it's probably been around for a long time in the form of candles and lanterns and such.

Pixel art commission drawn by twitter.com/FlutterSprite !

When I saw the opportunity for Game Boy Color-esque commissions I knew I had to try and have Nova drawn in that style because she's already intentionally designed to work with few colors.

Added a blue red panda and a minty tiger to my cubicle decorations. I can now make jokes about installing Firefox Developer Edition into my cube.

I subscribed to Sabrina Online on Patreon and even if it's a pretty different comic now I still want to support it! Getting to see pages early (AND see them immediately, since there's no RSS feed) is a really big perk.

I'm happy it's still going after all these years.

I think I feel disillusioned with roleplay lately, which is weird when it used to be very important to me. It's not very satisfying a lot of the time I try it, and it's a big struggle just to find other people who want the same things.

I guess I'm 24 now! You know one of these years it will probably make sense to start referring to myself as a queen instead of a princess.

I'm really glad that I've managed to find a few ace-friendly places to hang out. I guess the secret turned out to be just finding things run by other ace people, what a surprise.

Until then it felt like all I really had were groups specifically about it, which is hard to bond over. Toss in SFW+art or SFW+computers and now you've got something.

My birthday is on Wednesday and I don't have anything planned other than making my partner play Kirby Super Star with me

I've gotta figure out something satisfying to do with my characters, since I really like them. I initially thought roleplay but that's never really worked out how I wanted. I guess I can keep drawing them a bunch, and try to fit them into my SNES game.

I named her Rebecca and she's a builder on a much larger scale than just dams. She's got a pretty big inventory space and she uses it to store a large assortment of building materials.

Rebecca likes exploring to gather nice looking materials to create things out of.

I like Mastodon's linear timeline for being able to find exactly what you were looking at again if you exit the tab accidentally and come back, but I'm not a huge fan of missing things forever because they got buried and you weren't around to see it

Here's a beaver taur I'm working on that currently does not have a name yet, but I love how she's turning out.

Still struggling with the anatomy since I've never really drawn a taur before in any fashion!
