I'm actually sort of panicking because the situations where I will desperately need the ADA accommodations I'm trying to get may come up as early as September, and I have to navigate this maze of stuff in order to finally get someone to fill out paperwork that honestly should not be required in the first place. If all I'm going to do when I finally find a suitable physician is tell them my experiences and have them believe me then why require their involvement at all?

I got an Isabelle mug (artoferin on Twitter) and a Team Rocket mug. I bring the Team Rocket one to work and it's a rather nice 20 oz one. One of the many little things that help make work fun.

I'm really frustrated by just how hard it's proving to be to get ADA accommodations for autism. I have to get a physician to fill out paperwork, but I don't have one because it's not a problem that I have to continually go to a doctor for, and will only become a problem in the first place because of a plan to move to a workplace design that is clearly only meant for neurotypical people in mind, who do not experience sensory overload, and who can filter out background information.

I really like interpreting Gadget Hackwrench as being autistic, even though she's never officially said to be such, because to me it's pretty plausible and she's relatable for me.

I think I better understand people who get really excited about their interpretation of a character as trans now.

It's tricky that both "you should have taken the lack of response as a hint" people and "sorry I'm so unresponsive, but I do appreciate hearing from you" people exist.

When someone's quiet it's always tricky figuring out who's who. Or it'll turn out they were just busy.

I'm extremely excited that Disney is actually doing something with Gadget Hackwrench again in the form of crossing DuckTales over with Rescue Rangers (and other shows).

I hope that helps result in some renewed interest in her, like Smash did for Isabelle.

Turns out it's much easier to find a matching sock pair if you only/primarily own one kind of sock, who would have guessed?

I watched most of a documentary and I get the impression that I'll probably have to just make it up because she's so unrealistic. So much of their life seems to revolve around the water and my beaver character probably rarely sets foot in it, oops.

I guess it would come in handy from time to time though. She could help a friend cross a river by serving as a boat, for example.

Realizing that unlike squirrels, which I've watched extensively in person, I actually have no idea how beavers act and I should watch some documentaries or something to have any preparation if I want to ever roleplay as the one I made.

There's a local pizza place that intends to open (in 2020?) where the gimmick is that they also do Sega Genesis development, and you'd be able to show up and play their stuff, as well as unlicensed Genesis games they've licensed.

I want to show up and be the cool SNES developer person. Actually, in general one goal of Nova the Squirrel 2 is to really take advantage of things the SNES can do that the Genesis can't, to show off. That's part of why I have a really prominent Mode 7 minigame.

Oh hey, rotation! I'm using 32 angles right now and so I have two entire banks dedicated to HDMA tables because currently each angle is a whole 1772 bytes. Worth it for good-looking turning though!

I'd be really interested in finding out what friends intend on going to Midwest FurFest, since I want to go, but being alone would be a dealbreaker. Not sure how to find that out aside from asking everyone individually. I want it to be a replacement for missing out on Anthrocon.
