Tonight, we are seeing the Chicago Symphony with Ricardo Muti conducting and I’m rather too excited about it, but Beethoven 8th is on the program and it’s my favorite of his works #TakeThatBeethoven9th

During the heyday of Pleasure Island, I had a gig where I was one half of the “Sweetest Couple”. My mate wore a giant cupcake on her head. We had scent cannons strapped to our nether regions and they were cloying in confined spaces: an apt metaphor for this mad up holiday
