language studies update: coming up on 3/4 of the way thru this anki deck, i learned the kanji for "halberd" today, still don't know the kanji for "5"
i did the math and i should have learned all the most common kanji by mid-june, then ill finally have time to focus more on grammar (and also get back to learning how to use my roller blades)
