Actually, no! You can hit level 99 in Swim, Fly, Run, Power, Stamina, Luck, and Intelligence. (I took a gander at the chao editor just to make sure Shuppi here was maxed out )

Aesprite has fun stuff that you can do with layers and dithering, so I've been experimenting with that. I think it definitely gives this a more 3d look
