In Windows this is actually a huge pain for me.

- Groove Music actually comes extremely close, partially failing 6 and 7
- foobar2k is a nightmare UI wise, and fails 1, 3, 5, and 6. Almost every single point can be met on its own, but I can't make them all work [b]together[/b].
- iTunes fails 3 and 7

I haven't tried much else yet, if anybody's got a great idea lemme know.
