@efi you could try and recreate existing pixel art as a way to learn the ropes, starting with the silhouette and base colors! Preferably with something no bigger than 16x16 and no more than 4 colors. That's how I learned

This super narrow (2.7mm wide) addressable LED strip is the first one I've found narrower than 1/8" (3.2mm) acrylic. This means it will be easier to make thin edge-lit designs, like this rainbow, where the LED strip is embedded inside the acrylic.
@efi what's your usual procedure? sprite resolution and color count matters a lot here, also
