@efi you could try and recreate existing pixel art as a way to learn the ropes, starting with the silhouette and base colors! Preferably with something no bigger than 16x16 and no more than 4 colors. That's how I learned
@efi what's your usual procedure? sprite resolution and color count matters a lot here, also
