OK, I think I do this job thing for real now, fighting my anxiety and depression to do it.
I guess a starting salary of 40,000/year is OK. It's in the range of what people should get in this job and not too much asked, though a little off.
In the end I keep 1,600 a month, but that's fine. I only had something like 1,000 a month before.

I want to pick up music again. And learn to draw. And get fit. And become a really good programmer.
And today I feel really motivated and energetic and I feel like I can start all that.
But at the same time I know it won’t happen. I’ll fall on my face as soon as a start. Or I’ll run out of steam after a couple days. Or I’ll fuck up once and give up because I’m not perfect.
I’ve been caught up in this loop for too long now. It feels like I’m destined to fail.

Woke up this morning to yelling outside, and saw police officers and a city worker taking all of a homeless person's belongings and throwing them on a back of a truck, to be destroyed.
I can't even express how disgusted I feel. The person was begging them not to throw his things out, including blankets to stay warm.
Fuck the people running this city.
