Sappy end-of-year post
Reflecting on things as one does this time of year, and I find myself thinking about how many people I know who are working hard to heal themselves and others. There are so may people I can name who are being candid about their experience with mental health, or creating art to let other people know they're not alone, or creating art just to bring something beautiful into the world, or using their cleverness and observations of our absurd world to make people laugh… (1/2)

…or going into healing professions, or working on building communities, or just being themselves without apology to show that it's possible. Everyone has their struggles, but we are doing what we can to save ourselves and each other.
I feel honored to know so many people like that. I think you're doing amazing and I hope you have a happy new year. (2/2)
